Hotel Rates

A room block has been reserved at the rate of $119.00 per night (plus 13% tax for a total of $134.47), for participants of the NIMH Annual International Research Conference on the Role of Families in Preventing and Adapting to HIV/AIDS. This rate is available starting Sunday, June 13, before the start of the conference. The conference begins Wednesday morning, June 16, and ends Friday, June 18, at 1:30 p.m. The conference rate is available after the meeting through Sunday, June 20.

You will be directed to the hotel's home page with the code already entered in the appropriate field. All you need to do is enter your arrival date to begin the reservation process.

Individuals are responsible for all of their costs including their room and incidental expenses. Guests are expected to leave a valid credit card or a cash deposit in the amount of $50.00 per night with the hotel at check-in. Debit cards are not accepted.

Reservations must be made by May 28, 2010, to ensure the group rate.

Check-in time is 4:00 p.m., and check-out time is 12 noon.

Conference registration opens on Tuesday, June 15, at 4:00 p.m. – 7:00 p.m. in the Parthenon Pre-function of the hotel.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

To cancel your hotel reservation, you must contact the Nashville Marriott at Vanderbilt University reservation desk at (615) 321-1300 no later than 6:00 p.m. on the day of your scheduled arrival. You will be charged for one night's stay if your reservation is not cancelled with sufficient notice.

Parking

Parking is available at the Nashville Marriott at Vanderbilt University garage located behind the hotel. Parking rates are $10 per day for self-parking; and $22 for valet (with in/out privileges). Due to limited parking at the Marriott Nashville at Vanderbilt University, additional parking will be available next to the hotel.

The Parthenon Ballroom is on the first floor and all other rooms are on the second floor.
